Shipping policy

At ASARI, each piece is made-to-order and crafted with intention. We take great care in the preparation and delivery of every garment. Below you will find detailed information regarding our production timelines, shipping process, and delivery responsibilities.

Made-to-Order Production

All ASARI pieces are made-to-order.

Production begins immediately once your order is placed and confirmed. Because each garment is individually crafted, please allow production time prior to shipment.

Estimated production time: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on the piece).

During collection launches or high-volume periods, production timelines may be slightly extended.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our ateliers in Turkey.

We ship internationally via DHL or FedEx Express.

Once production is complete, orders are dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • GCC, Europe, USA: typically 1–3 business days

  • Rest of World: typically 2–5 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.

Order Processing

Once your order enters production, it is prepared exclusively for you.

Because ASARI operates on a made-to-order model:

  • Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation

  • Changes to size, color, or address cannot be guaranteed once production has started

We recommend reviewing all details carefully before completing your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees depending on your country’s regulations.

Please note:

  • Customs policies vary by destination

  • Any duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer

  • ASARI does not control or determine customs charges

  • Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes does not qualify for a refund

Customs delays are outside of our control.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes

The order will be considered non-refundable.

Any shipping fees, return costs, customs charges, or handling expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information is provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

ASARI is not liable for:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs processing times

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect address information provided at checkout
