For this reason, we do not offer refunds. However, we are pleased to offer size exchanges or store credit under the conditions outlined below.

All sales are final.
Due to our made-to-order production model, we do not provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Sizing preference
Delivery delays caused by courier or customs
Refused shipments
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
We allow size exchanges only.
To request an exchange:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
All original packaging must be included
Once approved:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Any customs duties or import fees related to the return are the customer’s responsibility
The replacement item will enter a new production cycle
ASARI reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
If you prefer not to exchange for a different size, we may issue store credit instead.
Store credit:
Is issued once the returned item is received and inspected
Is valid for 12 months
Can be used toward any future ASARI purchase
Is non-transferable and non-refundable
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at: hello@asari.it
Include your order number and clear photographs.
If confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
Refusal to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes does not qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to:
Unpaid customs fees
Incorrect address
Customer unavailability
The order remains non-refundable and may not qualify for exchange or store credit.
